Please read these terms and conditions and ensure that you understand them before ordering any goods from our site.
Goods, Products and Availability
Images of items are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences in colour tone between the image of a product and the actual product due to lighting or even computer displays.
We reserve the right to change prices and to add or remove any discounts from time to time. Any discounts or offers promoted after you have paid, should not affect your placed order.
Due to the personal nature of our products, there are no returns unless you receive products damaged in shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders
Our site is designed purposely to guide you step by step through your order. Before placing your order, you can at any time go back, review and amend your cart. Please make sure you have checked your order (box, items chosen and shipping costs) before submitting. You have 2 hours to cancel your order after receiving the confirmation email please contact order@mihomemade.com
If you are shipping a gift, please check that billing address is yours & shipping address is the gift recipients.
For orders of more than 10 boxes kindly email us on info@mihomemade.com and we will send you an inquiry form to fill in before we process your order.
Payments
You will be asked to pay in advance at the last stage of your ordering process. We accept payments through Paypal, Credit cards. You can also opt to use the visa and other cards option through the Paypal website. We also accept payments via revolut and cash for Malta delivery only. A 1€ fee will be applied for cash upon delivery If so, kindly press pay at checkout and then notify us with your order number by sending us an email on info@mihomemade.com
Delivery
All orders placed between Monday and Friday will be sent out the following working day. Deliveries in Malta and Gozo will be received within 1 - 3 working days. You can also choose your date of delivery for a special occasion like a birthday or others.
