Due to the personal nature of our products, there are no returns unless you receive products damaged in shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BOX?

We have 2 box sizes:

STANDARD is 27.5x17.5x5 cm

SMALL is 21x13x8 cm

Yes you can, simply use our tool PERSONALISE YOUR BOX or send us a message and create your perfect box

DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?

We are always trying to find a new combination for boxes and to make to new products. Send us some idea on our Facebook page!

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?

Yes! We include a hand-written note on each MIHOME BOX, you can choose a personalise your box or choose one of our wishing cards or if you want your own design email us and we will design it with you 😊 Simply provide us with your message and design idea if you want a personal one and we'll handle the rest.

WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOXES?

Since you have built or chosen one of our perfect MIHOME BOX there are no surprises, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. In case we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you with options!

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

If you just ordered, just write us an email ASAP to orders@mihomemade.com and let us know your order number and the new, full name, updated address and phone number . If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address we are not responsible for your inputting address errors, so please double check your orders! If it gets sent back to us, we charge a re-shipping fee standard tarif of delivery.
